Provide audit services to clients, with a primary focus on developing expertise within the technology and non-profit industries. I utilize my accounting educational background to work as part of a team on various stages of engagements and projects. Further, I support multiple client engagements within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress. Also collecting and analyzing data to detect deficient controls, duplicated efforts, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Assisting with the detail work of audits, reviews, compilations, and other assurance services for clients. Preparing financial statements, related disclosures and other required reports.
Corporate Accountant, January 2018 - September 2021

My team worked on maintaining company financial records, upholding present GAAP and SEC standards. I helped post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions were recorded, created weekly and monthly reports for decision analysis, managed all 1099 vendor payments and reconciliations, and assisted the accounting manager with month-end and year-end closing.
